We’re hiring a dedicated, full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year in Troy, Alabama. This is an on-site role serving a PreK–12th grade caseload across two school sites.
Position Details:

Full-time: Approx. 37.5 hours/week

Dates: August 5, 2025 – May 22, 2026

Caseload: PreK–12th grade
-
Traveling between 2 school locations
-
W2 position
-
Open to Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPA supervision
-
Must have or be eligible for Alabama SLP license
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students
-
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff

Supervise SLPA if applicable
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active or eligible Alabama SLP license
-
Open to CF candidates and experienced SLPs
-
SLPA supervision experience a plus
Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
