This position offers an opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with mild to severe speech and language needs in a dynamic school setting in Englewood, CO. The role involves providing services primarily to elementary and high school students, addressing diverse communication challenges in an educational environment.

Key qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license with current CDE certification
  • Experience working with school-aged children with a range of mild to severe speech and language impairments
  • Preferred candidates with prior school-based SLP experience, including holding the CCC-SLP credential
  • Ability to work onsite; candidates open to travel are considered
  • Professional demeanor and ability to manage a mixed caseload effectively
  • Open to licensed SLPs; positions are not available for Clinical Fellows

Location: Englewood, Colorado (Travel opportunities available within the district’s service area)

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering direct speech-language therapy services to students in elementary and high school settings
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Assessing, diagnosing, and documenting student progress and needs
  • Supporting students with mild to severe communication disorders across diverse educational environments
  • Flexibility to adapt service delivery based on student needs and district requirements
