Travel School Speech Therapist - Emporia, Kansas
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to work within a special education cooperative serving multiple school districts near Emporia, KS. Candidates can expect to serve between 10-12 students on single-day visits and 50-55 students over a full week.

Position Details:
- Full-time or part-time schedules available with flexible hours
- Onsite work only within cooperative schools
- Contract duration: Immediate start through May 20, 2026
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Kansas Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) as an SLP preferred
- Experience working in school-based settings is highly desirable
- Ability to manage caseload across multiple districts
- Skills in assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with educators and special education teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track progress and maintain documentation compliant with school and state standards
- Participate in cooperative meetings to support student educational goals
