School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Emory, TX – Rains Independent School District
Position Type: Full-Time
School Year: 2025–2026
Starting Pay: From $45/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district and state guidelines

Attend ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs/CFs)

Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will be supported

SLPA applicants must hold current Texas licensure

Passion for working with school-aged children in an educational setting
