Position Summary
Elma School District is seeking a dedicated, full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct and consultative services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings. This is a school-based, onsite role serving a diverse caseload of students in grades 3–12 (ages 8–22).

School Year: August 27, 2025 – June 11, 2026

Schedule: 35 hours per week (Full-Time)

Work Days: Monday–Friday, aligned with district calendar

Sites: Multiple schools (elementary, middle, and high school)

Caseload Size: 60–70 students
Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
-
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
-
Provide therapy services to students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication needs
-
Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and progress notes

Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers

Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Washington State SLP License or ESA Certificate
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs may be considered)

Experience working with students ages 8–22 in school settings is a plus
-
Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple school sites

Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
