Job Title: Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Onsite & Virtual
Location: Columbus, GA
Position Type: Part-Time (25 hours per week)

Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Columbus, Georgia. This position offers flexibility for both onsite and virtual service delivery. You’ll work with a diverse K–12 student population to provide high-quality speech and language services that empower students to succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students based on IEP goals and district needs

Manage a caseload of approximately 35–40 students across two schools

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student communication goals

Attend and participate in IEP meetings

Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation promptly

Potentially supervise a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Deliver therapy either onsite or virtually, depending on district assignment and candidate preference
Schedule

Hours: 25 hours per week (Part-Time)

School Calendar: Through May 21, 2026

Setting: Onsite and Virtual – open to both options
Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)

ASHA CCC preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation (for virtual candidates)
