Qualifications and Experience:
- Active North Carolina SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress reporting, and collaborative intervention
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
- Implement direct therapy and monitor student progress
- Participate in student support team meetings and parent conferences
- Maintain thorough records and documentation per district guidelines
- Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies
- Engage in problem-solving and creative approaches to support diverse student needs
Assignment Details:
- Contract position with a schedule of 30 hours per week
- Immediate start, with assignment through November 11th, 2026
- Serve students across various grade levels, providing both assessment and intervention services
