School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elk River, Minnesota

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP license (required for consideration)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with early childhood/ECSE caseloads, preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and provide evidence-based therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services for early childhood special education students ages 3-5
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Offer parent and staff consultations, provide classroom strategies, and support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and state policies
