Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with early childhood (ages 3-5) populations preferred
- Familiarity with school-based SLP practices and IEP processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for early childhood special education (ECSE) students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services as indicated by IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress monitoring, and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Provide support and resources for families to foster communication development at home
This is an onsite contract position beginning late August 2026 and running through early June 2027, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week), at a supportive and innovative school.
