Full-Time SLP Elk River, MN (K-5th Grade)
ProCare Therapy is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year in Elk River, MN. This is a 37.5-hour/week position working with elementary students at one or possibly two school sites. The SLP will manage a 60-student caseload, providing direct and indirect services, evaluations, and attending team meetings.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students

Conduct evaluations and screenings for speech and language disorders

Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents

Track student progress and write detailed progress reports

Work with a team of professionals to support student development
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Minnesota State licensure for SLP

Experience in elementary school settings preferred

Ability to manage a caseload and work independently
