Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a passionate and licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive K–12 school district near Elk River, Minnesota for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time opportunity, open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) looking to make a positive impact in the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students

Evaluate students and create individualized treatment plans
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and staff
-
Maintain proper documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain
-
ASHA Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Experience:

Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations

Familiarity with IEP development and compliance
