School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elk Grove, California

In this role, you’ll work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to evaluate students, develop tailored treatment plans, and guide therapy sessions that help young learners achieve communication milestones. You’ll also play a key part in engaging and educating families, celebrating progress, and ensuring a cohesive approach to student care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies
- Provide direct speech and language therapy sessions in a school-based setting
- Track, assess, and document progress regularly and accurately
- Collaborate effectively with special educators, related service staff, and administrators
- Involve and inform families to support generalization and growth outside of school
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Outstanding communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Adept at working autonomously and as part of a team to meet the needs of diverse learners
