School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elk Grove, California

As a speech-language pathologist certified with CCC, your specialized skills will enable you to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to student success. Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and best practices in educational speech therapy
- Excellent assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
- Effective communicator dedicated to building positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and comprehensive assessments for students with communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Provide consultation and resources to educators and family members
