Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans addressing communication goals
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor, document, and report student progress consistently
- Collaborate effectively with educators, counselors, and other professionals to ensure holistic student support
- Engage students’ families by educating and involving them in therapy processes
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in the relevant state
