Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans addressing communication goals
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
  • Monitor, document, and report student progress consistently
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, counselors, and other professionals to ensure holistic student support
  • Engage students’ families by educating and involving them in therapy processes

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desired
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in the relevant state
