Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Tracy, CA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting in Tracy, CA. This is a contract role for the current school year (CSY), requiring onsite presence from ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY). The opportunity is ideal for a licensed SLP holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who is passionate about supporting the communication development of students across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress
- Document student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports in compliance with school protocols
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings to provide professional speech-language insights
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders, assessment tools, and therapy techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage caseload and documentation with attention to detail and timeliness
Location: Onsite role based in Tracy, CA
This position offers the opportunity to engage directly with students in an educational environment, contributing to their academic and social success through specialized speech-language services. Immediate availability is required to fulfill the contract from the start date through the end of the academic year.
