Job Description:
A dynamic school district in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support a mixed caseload of elementary and middle school students. This district values culturally responsive teaching, student advocacy, and inclusive services.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop IEPs tailored to student needs

Deliver speech/language therapy services in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and families
-
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NJDOE and IDEA standards
Requirements:
-
Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
-
New Jersey SLP licensure required (or pending)
-
ASHA certification preferred
-
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Experience working with diverse student populations
