Pediatric Speech Pathology - Des Plaines, IL
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity offers a rewarding role supporting a diverse K-12 caseload in a contract position beginning in early March through June 5, 2026. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Illinois state license
- PEL Certification
- Experience working within school settings, preferably with pediatric populations
- Strong caseload management skills aligned with K-12 student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state policies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary learning approaches
