We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team in Elgin, Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to support K–12 students with speech, language, and communication needs in a collaborative environment. Bilingual candidates are preferred and compensated accordingly.

Compensation:

Local Hourly Rate: $44–$54/hour (non-bilingual)

Travel Equivalent: $50–$60/hour (non-bilingual, including stipends)

Travel Equivalent: $53–$65/hour (bilingual, including stipends)
Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Illinois SLP License or eligibility

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs may be considered with supervision

Bilingual candidates preferred

School-based experience preferred

Background check and fingerprint clearance required
