Position Overview
We’re currently interviewing Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students within School District U-46 for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. Openings are available for both Bilingual (English/Spanish) and Monolingual (English) SLPs. These are full-time (37.5 hrs/week) positions serving students across elementary, middle, and early childhood settings.
District will also consider Clinical Fellows (CFs) as long as supervision can be arranged.
Assignment Details
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
Start Date: Beginning of 2025–2026 school year
Caseload: Varies by assignment and site
Schools: May serve up to 2 campuses
Bilingual Openings (English/Spanish)
Monolingual Openings (English)
Bilingual positions may serve K–12, with preference for high school experience.
Monolingual assignments are primarily elementary and middle school level.
Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEP goals

Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and state requirements
Qualifications

Illinois SLP License
