About the Role
As a bilingual (Spanish-English) Speech-Language Pathologist serving Elgin-area schools, you will:

Conduct bilingual speech-language evaluations and screenings
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both English and Spanish
-
Develop and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s language and learning needs
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure student success
-
Maintain accurate documentation aligned with district, state, and federal requirements
-
Support a diverse, multilingual K–12 student population
Minimum Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Illinois SLP license
-
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Open to both local candidates and out-of-state clinicians
