Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to remote, hybrid, or onsite environments as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication needs of students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy sessions for students in accordance with their plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student success
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
