We’re hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (4 openings) for an onsite school-based opportunity in El Paso, TX for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. This is a meaningful role for clinicians who are ready to make a direct impact, rebuild services, and support students who have gone without speech services.
This position offers full-time hours with the option to be considered for part-time (must work full school days).

Students have received little to no speech services all year

Significant backlog requiring service recovery and cleanup

Focus on communication services, IEPs, documentation, and compliance

Campus located in Lower Valley, south of I-10
K–8 (Secondary Need):

Students have missed services for approximately one month

May involve split placement across locations

Job Duties
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services

Address service gaps and implement compensatory support

Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring

Manage and update IEPs and documentation

Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements

Active Texas State SLP License

School-based experience preferred
