Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – El Paso, TX

Position Summary

In this role, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across grade levels. You will develop individualized therapy plans, implement IEP goals, collaborate with teachers and families, and track student progress to support strong communication outcomes. Your expertise will help empower students and ensure they have the tools they need to thrive.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain

  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates may be considered per district discretion)

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

  • Passion for supporting school-aged children in diverse learning environments
