Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in the El Paso, Texas area. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with students to enhance communication and language skills in an engaging educational environment.
Position Details:

Hours: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered — full workdays required)

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Assignment Dates: ASAP – June 12, 2026

Schools Assigned: To be determined

Caseload: To be determined; will include school-age students

Service Model: On-site only
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy in alignment with students’ IEP goals
-
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication skills
-
Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as required
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
-
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFs welcome to apply

Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
