Role Summary
As an SLP in El Paso, TX, you will assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students, collaborating with IEP teams to support academic and social development. This opportunity is open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and ASHA-certified clinicians (CCC).
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and documentation
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide education and support to school personnel and families
Requirements (Texas)
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• School-based experience preferred but not required
Employment Options
Local Contract
• Full-time, on-site in El Paso, TX
• Hourly rate based on experience and certification (CFY or CCC)
Travel Contract
• Full-time, on-site in El Paso, TX
• Weekly take-home pay based on experience and certification
