Location: El Paso, TX – Metro Area Schools
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract, On-Site
Pay Rate: Hourly rate based on experience
Job Description:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide services to students in the El Paso, TX metro area schools. The ideal candidate will deliver evaluations, therapy, and support to help students with communication needs thrive in academic and social settings.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments to determine student needs.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Provide therapy services in both group and individual settings.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.

Document and report student progress accurately and in compliance with school requirements.

Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.

Valid Texas state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Bilingual is a plus.

School-based experience preferred but not required.
