Compensation & Benefits
Local Contracts (El Paso)
-
$47–$54/hour (competitive, experience-based)

Travel Contracts

$1,593–$1,893 weekly gross (includes tax-free stipends if eligible)

What You’ll Do
-
Conduct speech and language evaluations for K–12 students
-
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy services (onsite or via teletherapy)

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per district/state standards
-
Support students in inclusive and student-centered learning environments
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CF candidates encouraged to apply

School-based experience preferred but not required
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
