About the Role
As a School-Based SLP in El Paso, TX, you will:

Conduct speech and language evaluations for K–12 students
-
Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
-
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services (onsite or via teletherapy)
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Maintain documentation in compliance with district/state guidelines
-
Support students in an inclusive, student-centered learning environment
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
-
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply

Previous school-based experience preferred, not required
-
Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
