Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs

Provide direct therapy services to students with speech/language impairments

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility)

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs will be considered

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
