Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CFY)
Location: El Paso, TX – Metro Area Schools
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract, On-Site
Pay Rate: Hourly rate based on experience
Job Description:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to support students in the El Paso, TX metro area schools. This role offers recent graduates the opportunity to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under the supervision of an experienced SLP while making a meaningful impact in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting speech and language assessments under supervision.

Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to student needs.

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.

Collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers, staff, and families to support student growth.

Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements.

Participate in IEP meetings, mentorship, and professional development activities.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Eligible for Texas SLP licensure.

Commitment to completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
-
Experience working with children (clinical placements accepted).

Bilingual is a plus.
