Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentials
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support K–12 students in a school-based setting for the 2025–2026 academic year in El Paso, TX. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering a supportive environment for both experienced clinicians and those beginning their careers.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students

Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs (SLP)

Implement treatment plans and IEP goals under the supervision of a licensed SLP (SLPA)

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals

Ensure compliance with state, district, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
For SLPs:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
For SLPAs:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Texas SLPA license (required)

School-based experience preferred
