Location: El Monte, California
Work Schedule: 35 hours/week (Monday through Friday)
Caseload: Transitional Kindergarten through 8th Grade
Work Environment: Onsite at multiple school sites within the district

About the Role
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic school district in El Monte, CA. This full-time onsite position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students from TK through 8th grade, across multiple campuses.
You will provide critical speech and language services that support students’ communication skills, educational progress, and overall success. This role requires strong collaboration with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective IEPs and intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and screenings

Develop, write, and implement IEPs aligned with student goals and district guidelines

Deliver individualized therapy services to students in both individual and group settings

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance with state and district regulations

Travel to and provide services across multiple school sites within El Monte (mileage reimbursement provided)
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

Active California state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (required)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellows considered

Experience with school-based speech therapy preferred but not mandatory

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a multi-site caseload efficiently and effectively
