Speech Pathology - San Marcos, CA
Seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary school students in San Marcos, CA. This contract position offers a full-time schedule with a consistent Monday through Friday workweek, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans aligned with educational goals
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s caseload
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other team members to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise
Qualifications / Licensure:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience working with school-age children, preferably in an elementary setting
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
