Independent Contractor Oklahoma School Speech Pathologist
We are seeking an Independent Contractor Oklahoma School Speech Pathologist to provide remote speech therapy and evaluation services under a 1099 agreement. You will work autonomously to assess student needs, develop therapy plans, and deliver teletherapy to children across Oklahoma. Collaboration with educational teams and families is integral to the role, alongside maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines. Flexibility and strong telehealth skills are essential.
Responsibilities:

Perform remote speech-language assessments using standardized tools.

Develop and implement individualized teletherapy programs.

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as necessary.

Provide parent and teacher training on communication strategies.

Maintain accurate and confidential records.

Ensure compliance with Oklahoma licensure and IDEA regulations.

Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively.

Communicate clearly with all stakeholders.

Manage caseload independently and flexibly.

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
