Speech-Language Pathologist Needed Help Students Succeed in Edison Township Schools
Edison Township School District is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluations and therapy that empower students to build effective communication skills for learning and social success. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, student-focused team.
Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will assess student needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver interventions to address a variety of speech and language challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and prepare detailed reports
-
Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Address articulation, fluency, receptive and expressive language, and social communication
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
-
Attend IEP meetings and contribute recommendations and updates
-
Maintain accurate documentation to comply with state and district requirements
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active New Jersey SLP License
-
New Jersey Department of Education Certification for School-Based SLPs
-
ASHA CCC strongly preferred
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Job Details:

Type: Full-time, onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday during school hours

Caseload: K–12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
