Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students requiring support
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate speech therapy goals into classroom activities
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide direct therapy services 2-3 days per week
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP certification with a current license to practice in Minnesota
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology, including work with school-aged children (K-12)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or already obtained
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
