A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Burnsville, MN. This opportunity begins January 20th and concludes June 4th, encompassing the remainder of the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 30-40 students across grades K-12.
- Deliver therapy in settings 3 and 4 at a single school building, the North Education Center.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational environments.
- Strong understanding of specialized settings (3 and 4) for therapy services.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.
Schedule and Workload:
- 36.25 hours per week.
- Contract runs through the current school year ending June 4th.
