Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Saint Paul, Minnesota
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a bilingual charter academy serving students aged 5-14 in Saint Paul, MN, with assignments also in Minneapolis, MN (55443). This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about supporting K-12 students in a dynamic and diverse educational setting. The position is a contract opportunity starting immediately and concluding on June 3rd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students aged 5-14.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide direct therapy services, both in-person and potentially via remote platforms.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings.
- Completion of Certificate of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is desirable.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, aligning with the school's language services.
- Flexibility to work 4 or 4.5 days per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.
