Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Eden Prairie, MN
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide specialized support in an elementary school setting serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade. The role involves a caseload of 38 students and requires collaboration within a hybrid or virtual service delivery model, providing flexibility in how therapy is conducted. The position is available for a contract through the current school year, starting as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, utilizing AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices, and delivering individualized therapy geared toward the unique communication needs of each student. You will work with a diverse group of children to support speech, language, and communication development, enhancing their academic and social success.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Valid SLP licensure with CCC or CFY credentials
- Experience supporting pediatric populations in school settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and hybrid service delivery models
- Proficiency in conducting speech and language evaluations
- Knowledge of AAC devices and ability to integrate them effectively into therapy
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 38 students across Pre-K to 8th grade
