School Speech Language Pathologist - Burnsville, Minnesota
An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Kindergarten through 6th grade at an elementary school setting. This contract position lasts from January 5, 2026, through June 10, 2026, and requires a valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-6 students.
- Provide therapy services to address communication disorders in a school environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
Qualifications:
- Minnesota Department of Education SLP license required.
- Experience or internships in school-based speech-language pathology preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged children.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Eligible certifications such as SLP-CFY or CCC are a plus.
