Two Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to provide essential support in a school setting located in Ecorse, MI. These full-time travel positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills, with assignments starting ASAP through June 26, 2026, and the possibility to extend for the next school year.
Responsibilities:
- One SLP will support K-12 students focusing on General Education and MTSS initiatives, with no IEP caseload, including report writing.
- The other SLP will work primarily with Lower Elementary students, managing IEPs, evaluations, and report writing.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Michigan license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Experience working in school settings with familiarity in both MTSS and special education processes.
- Strong report writing and evaluation skills.
- Flexibility to take on full-time assignments as a travel SLP within the school district.
