A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available with a focus on PreK-12 students across moderate to severe needs. This traveling role is based in Easton, PA, with assignments at various locations throughout the intermediate unit (IU). The position offers a dynamic work environment without set caseloads or fixed locations at this time, allowing flexibility and variety in clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to PreK-12 students with moderate to severe needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and implement intervention strategies tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
- Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate diverse educational settings across multiple sites.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification/license to practice in Pennsylvania.
- Experience working with the school-aged population (PreK-12), specifically moderate to severe communication disorders.
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration within educational settings.
- Ability and willingness to travel to various sites throughout the IU region.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location:
- Easton, PA headquarters with travel to multiple locations throughout the IU.
Schedule and Work Hours:
- Full-time position at 35 hours per week.
