School Speech Language Pathologist - Easton, Pennsylvania
An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certified with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide leave coverage in a K-12 school setting. This contract position will support two elementary schools within the district, offering flexible weekly hours ranging from 25 to 37.5. The assignment runs from January through March 2026 and is located in the Easton area.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist Teaching Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in schools, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Ability to adapt to various school environments and schedules
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to K-12 students in elementary schools
- Monitor and document student progress in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain compliance with school district policies and professional standards
- Provide flexible coverage based on leave requirements, typically between 25 and 37.5 hours per week, 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM
Location:
- Easton, Pennsylvania, with some assignments in Allentown
Working Conditions:
