School SLP 2025-2026 School Year
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in the Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg area, serving an early childhood or elementary caseload. This contract opportunity spans the entire school year, providing consistent, impactful work within a dynamic educational setting. The role requires a licensed SLP in Pennsylvania, with credentials ideally including Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) and pediatric experience. Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress. The role focuses on early childhood and elementary-aged students, requiring strong communication skills and expertise in pediatric speech therapy within school environments. Flexibility and dedication to improving communication outcomes for young learners are essential.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Pennsylvania
- Experience with early childhood or elementary school caseload preferred
- CCC-SLP certification or completion of CFY is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development
- Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families in school settings
- Full-time availability for 35+ hours per week
