This full-time position seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within an elementary school setting. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address diverse communication needs within the elementary caseload
Qualifications:
- Valid Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in school-based settings
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and collaborate with school staff
- Ability to manage a full caseload effectively and maintain organized documentation
