ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed, dedicated, and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position serving K–8 students in East Saint Louis, Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about supporting student growth in both academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations, screenings, and re-evaluations

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy (individual and group) in areas such as:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language development
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Pragmatic/social communication
Collaborate with general education teachers, special education teams, and families
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility by start date)
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
Experience with K–8 populations is preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
