ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite role in East Saint Louis, IL for the 2025–2026 school year. This position supports students in both middle and high school (grades 6–12), addressing a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs to help students succeed academically and socially.
We welcome applications from both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs). Supervision and mentorship are available.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for middle and high school students

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
-
Address a range of communication needs, including:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Social/pragmatic communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team discussions
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility by start date)

CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply (supervision provided)

Previous experience with secondary-level students is a plus
