ProCare Therapy is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in East Saint Louis, IL for the 2025–2026 school year. This role focuses on serving middle school students (grades 6–8) by addressing their speech, language, and communication needs in a structured school setting.
Both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply. Supervision and mentorship are available.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations for middle school students

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy in individual and small group settings

Address communication needs such as:

Articulation and phonological disorders
-
Receptive and expressive language delays
-
Fluency and voice disorders
-
Pragmatic/social communication challenges
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility by start date)
CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply (supervision provided)
Experience working with middle school students is a plus
