Location: Earlimart, CA
Start Date: August 1, 2025
End Date: October 3, 2025
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week
Student Population: Preschool – 5th Grade
Caseload: Direct service to 30 students, 15 active IEP caseload
Job Description:
A school district is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a short-term full-time contract from August through early October 2025. This in-person role supports students from preschool through 5th grade with a manageable caseload and strong team collaboration.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students
-
Manage a caseload of 15 students with active IEPs
-
Deliver services to an additional 15 students as needed
-
Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development

Maintain documentation and communication with families and staff

Collaborate with educators and special education teams
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)

ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs may be considered

Prior school-based experience a plus
