Location: Eureka Springs, AR
School Year: 2025–2026
Schedule: 4 days/week, 8 hours/day
Caseload: Mixed (ages 5 through high school)
Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position will support a diverse caseload across elementary, middle, and high school levels, all conveniently located on the same campus. The role also includes providing services to two students attending private schools within the area, delivered onsite at their respective schools.
Position Highlights:

Mixed caseload of speech and language needs

Age range: 5 years old to high school seniors

Collaborative team environment

Supportive administration and Special Education department
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
-
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state/federal regulations
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Arkansas SLP licensure (or eligibility)
-
CCC-SLP preferred (CFs may be considered with strong mentorship support)

School-based experience a plus
